Complex Nurse Specialist | Home-based (Leeds Travel Required) | £43,000 - £47,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance
Location: Home-based with travel across the Leeds Area
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the mobilisation of new care packages, including clinical assessments and care planning
* Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring competence in specialist clinical interventions
* Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
* Monitoring and auditing care delivery to the highest standards
* Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Providing leadership and supporting investigations when required
* Caseload will include a mix of adult and paediatric packages
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Nurse or RGN with Complex Care or Learning Disabilities experience (Adult or Paediatric)
* Training / Competency sign‑off experience essential
* Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care
* Confident in writing and reviewing clinical documentation
* Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and teams
* Strong organisational skills to manage diary and priorities effectively
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to the NMC code of conduct
* Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
