A leading luxury retailer are looking for a department manager based in the Surrey area. This company is well known within the luxury retail world, providing some of the highest quality and exclusive merchandise to customers globally.
They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively managing stock and still providing a memorable customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of 15 20 people with experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role is paying up £37, inclusive of bonus.
