An opportunity is available for a skilled professional to provide Speech-Language Pathology services in an educational setting. This role is situated in Tinley Park, IL, within a K-12 school environment, where the focus will be on supporting students' communication needs for the duration of the school year.
Qualifications:
* Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
* Strong assessment and evaluation skills
* Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:
* Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
* Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students requiring speech-language services
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
