Job overview NTW Solutions Limited is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Estates department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and support the smooth running of our Estates operations. The salary for this role is £25,652. It is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please refer to the Job Description itself for a wider overview of the role. Advert The post holder will provide essential administrative support to the Estates department, primarily based at Hopewood Park, Sunderland. Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, logging jobs in the CAFM system, taking minutes at meetings, and managing and raising purchase orders using the Oracle system. New starters who are not in the NHS Pension already will be enrolled into a NEST pension. Recruitment into NTW Solutions Limited will follow the principals of NHS Employer Check Standards and any relevant employment legislation.
