We will contribute to both BAU activities and project-based initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We will respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues raised through our ticket system. We will ensure the effective and efficient running of our global BAU network. We will provide top-level support and ownership of WAN and LAN technologies. We will collaborate with other teams to support top-level network issues.
