Moonbug is part of Candle Media, a creator-friendly home for high-quality brands and franchises. The role reports onsite in our London office, full time.

The Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to manage internal and client paid media campaigns, primarily on Google Ads Manager, and across other advertising platforms. The role involves evangelising Paid Media campaigns and managing the full A-Z process: creating campaign strategies, sending proposals to clients and internal teams, campaign setup, optimisation and day-to-day operations, and reporting on performance. You will work with some of the biggest brands in the kids and family space, based in London handling UK and EMEA campaigns and collaborating with the team in Los Angeles.
You will engage with different stakeholders (client, commercial, channel managers), adapt to new tasks, juggle multiple responsibilities with strong organisation and meticulous attention to detail. The role is fast-paced with growth potential and requires curiosity and initiative.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate client strategy, manage & optimise campaigns, report into clients & colleagues.
* Reach performance targets for allocated accounts, ensuring the best ROI across paid social.
* Strategise investment opportunities for internal campaigns to promote Moonbug events, new releases and brands across paid social platforms. Present findings to internal teams, highlighting strengths and limitations of the paid media strategy.
* Ongoing campaign optimisation: adjust targeting & refresh creative.
* Regularly check account performance & budget utilisation.
* Deliver regular reports & analysis to clients & internal stakeholders, showing campaign results & highlighting key trends.
* Collaborate with the commercial team for reporting deliverables, including post-campaign reports and weekly client updates when required.
* Keep abreast of latest advertising innovations and share updated best practices with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
* Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Ads Manager is desirable but not required.
* Basic marketing knowledge.
* Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to present campaign performance on calls and in person.
* Basic data analysis skills.
* Basic understanding of social and YouTube campaign management.
