1. Develop and implement thepany’s quality strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. Lead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS).
3. Drivepliance with GMP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory standards.
4. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
5. Oversee risk management activities and validation of processes and equipment.
6. Manage supplier quality programs and conduct performance audits.
7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective CAPA processes.
8. Support regulatory submissions and maintainpliance throughout the product lifecycle.
9. Provide leadership and mentorship to QA and QC teams to foster a culture of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Expertise in building and managing QMS systems from the ground up.
11. Proven experience in pharmaceutical quality management with deep knowledge of GMPpliance.
12. Leadership experience managing cross-functional QA/QC teams.
13. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
14. Desirable: Advanced degree (, PhD), experience with electronic QMS, and prior involvement in regulatory inspections.
