Mint is seeking Relief Managers to work in top hotels across the Northwest. Contracts range from 1 week to ongoing, with weekly pay. Whether you're in between jobs and seeking short-term contracts or you're a seasoned relief manager, Mint would love to hear from you.
Relief Manger Ideal Profile;
* Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in various roles such as front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and management positions.
* Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage staff, make decisions, and handle any challenges that may arise during their relief management duties.
* Ability to quickly adapt to different hotel environments, policies, and procedures, ensuring smooth operations during their relief shifts.
* Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may occur, from guest complaints to operational hiccups, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring clear communication of expectations and tasks.
Relief Manager responsibilities;
* Overseeing Daily Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of all F & B operations within the hotel maintaining the high standards of luxury and service expected by guests.
* Staff Management: Supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and addressing any performance issues. Ensure all employees adhere to hotel policies and procedures, and provide support and guidance as needed.
* Guest Relations: Act as a point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure guests' needs are met and that they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
* Support the senior management; support the management team in the day to day running of the hotels restaurants, meetings and event spaces!
* Guidance and Support: Serve as the go-to person for the Food & Beverage (F&B) Team, providing guidance and reassurance as needed.
* Exceptional Service: Set the standard for exceptional service, and the team will look to you as an example to follow.
* Experience Sharing: Share your knowledge and experience with the team, providing opportunities for learning and growth.
