The Role As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients. You'll build strong relationships, introduce new products and technologies, and ensure customers receive outstanding service from first contact through to delivery. Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts Introduce new manufacturers, products, and technologies to drive growth Support with quotes, orders, and general account queries to maximise sales opportunities Use market intelligence and historical data to identify and target new opportunities Work closely with vendors, Customer Service, Finance, and Commercial teams to deliver a seamless experience What We're Looking For You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and is eager to build a successful career in tech sales.
