Customer Team Member
Location: Plot 18 Shawfair Park, Edinburgh, EH22 1FD
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided
Age requirement: 18 or over (role may involve working before 6am or after 10pm)
We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do, responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct
* Introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
