Overview
You will be able to support the team with the maintenance of the management information system, ensuring quality is maintained and timescales are met for example, maintaining User accounts
Responsibilities
* Updating information regarding childcare providers
* Maintaining and Creating user accounts
* Data entry
* You will be able to develop, implement, and maintain high quality information and self-help sections for parents, carers, and childcare providers on the appropriate digital platforms (webpages, directory & social media)
* You will be able to work closely with corporate and other partners in sharing information to ensure that appropriate information on services is available on the corporate service directory, childcare search site, and intranet.

The interview date will be of Monday 23rd February, for successful applicants. Please be aware that this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and that you will be required to meet the cost of the DBS check currently 21.50. The payment for this will be deducted from your first four months salary payments at a rate of 5.38 per month. If you do not commence employment for any reason but the DBS has been processed, you will be sent an invoice for the payment of 21.50.
About you - We are looking to appoint a colleague who is an approachable, friendly, and supportive individual, who can build relationships with parent/carers and who has the ability to work on their own initiative. You will have the ability to provide information, advice and guidance to parents, carers and childcare providers with regards to the Family Information Service You will be able to establish and maintain links with services (childcare & community) providers to ensure that data is updated in accordance with statutory duties.
