Education Inclusion Teacher – SEND ( FTE)

Salary: Main Pay Scale (Teachers’ Pay & Conditions) + SEND Allowance 1
Hours: hours per week ( FTE)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to join our Education Inclusion Teacher team from January 2026. This is a part-time, non-teaching role focused on supporting SENDCos in schools and educational settings across the local authority. You will join a small team within the highly regarded School Improvement Team.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified teacher with substantial experience of working with pupils with SEND in an educational setting
• Hold the National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCo) or another relevant specialist SEND qualification
• Have a proven track record in leading successful support or training in an education setting
