My client manufactures and supplies a wide range of pipeline pigs and pipeline plugs to leading offshore and onshore companies throughout the world, they are looking for Project Managers and Project Engineers to join their expanding team.
Our pig-supply scope covers all types of pipeline pigs; foam pigs, disc pigs, cup pigs and on to more complex articulated and multi-diameter designs, capable of running line lengths in excess of 900 km. In addition to pipeline pigs & plugs, new technology has been launched to identify, track& locate pipeline pigs during operations.

The Role / Responsibilities and Duties
The Project Engineer supports the successful technical delivery of my client projects, ensuring engineering activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and client quality requirements. The role acts as the technical link between project management, engineering, manufacturing, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager in the execution and delivery of allocated clients projects.
* Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking from an engineering perspective.
* Ensure engineering deliverables align with project scope, budget, and schedule.
* Engineering & Technical Execution
* Review and interpret client specifications, drawings, and contractual technical requirements.
* Prepare, review, and manage engineering deliverables including:
* Manufacturing drawings and technical documentation
* Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
* Procedures, work instructions, and work packs
* Material requisitions and technical bid evaluations
* Provide technical support to the client manufacturing and operations teams.
* Coordinate design reviews, technical queries, and change management.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and client requirements (e.g. API, ASME, ISO, DNV, client specifications).
* Ensure engineering activities comply with the client Quality Management System.
* Support internal and external inspections, testing, and audits.
* Promote a strong HSE culture and comply with all client safety procedures.
* Support technical communication with clients.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on technical matters.
* Review and approve supplier documentation as delegated.
Key Skill Requirements
* HNC,HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a mechanical design role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* A strong understanding of fundamental mechanical principles, materials science, and common manufacturing processes(e.g., machining, welding, fabrication).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and meet project deadlines
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
* Direct experience with the manufacture industry OR use of Pipeline Pigs / Pipeline Plugs
* Specific knowledge of pipeline pigs, launchers/receivers, or other subsea/pipeline equipment.
* Knowledge of pipelines, pipelay processes and offshore operations.
