We are looking for two Service Co-ordinators for a leading rental hire company providing high-quality hire equipment to clients across the region. They pride themselves on exceptional customer service, reliable equipment, and efficient operations.
You will ensure that all hire equipment and service operations run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Position Overview
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating equipment servicing, repairs, and logistics to support the rental fleet. This role requires excellent organisational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail to manage service requests, liaise with customers, and support the workshop and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily service and maintenance schedules for hire equipment.
2. Log, track, and prioritise service requests, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance.
3. Liaise with customers regarding service updates, repairs, and equipment availability.
4. Communicate with workshop staff, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely turnaround of equipment.
5. Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and compliance documentation.
6. Support the hire desk with availability updates and scheduling of equipment returns and deliveries.
7. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and regulatory compliance.
