From £38k per annum (salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
* Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires / electrical testing and all general electrical duties, including mechanical & plumbing on site
* Health and safety awareness
* Maintain on-site log books, permits & site paperwork, ensuring they are completed and up to date
* Work as part of a mobile team; flexible, team-oriented, and client-focused
* Role based on a mobile position, predominantly covering the Edinburgh area
* Rotating callout rota (approximately 1 in 14 weeks)
Knowledge & Understanding
* Knowledge of electrical systems and experience in similar Electrical / HVAC / Maintenance Engineer roles
* Facilities Maintenance background and experience in similar environments
* Knowledge of electrical plant including Air Handling Units, pumps, heat exchangers, boiler plant (excluding gas side pipe work and accessories)
* Knowledge of BMS control systems
* Knowledge and experience of electrical installations, including wiring, testing, and issuing written electrical test certification
Qualifications
* Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement
* Passed AM2 or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with final trade test completed
* Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement
* Testing & Inspection 2391-52 Certification would be beneficial
