Our work is crucial to the community as we aim to prevent unnecessary hospital submission. In this role, you will care for patients in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.The Ideal CandidateThis is an opportunity to put your NVQ level 3 or the equivalent appropriate qualification/experience to great use.
