About the Role

As our Subject Lead for Maths & Science, you’ll bring both subjects to life across the school — making learning meaningful, engaging, and accessible for every pupil.

* Model outstanding classroom practice, demonstrating passion, innovation, and inclusivity
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and curriculum innovation
* Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion are at the heart of every aspect of teaching and learning

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented teacher ready to take the next step into subject leadership – or for an experienced middle leader seeking a new challenge in a nurturing and aspirational environment.

* Passionate about inclusive, creative teaching that brings learning to life
* Reflective, resilient, and committed to professional growth
* Knowledgeable about trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and strategies that support emotional wellbeing
