Hours of work
37.5 hours per week (Hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).
About the Role
Overview
To provide first line support to our team of consultants, Financial Planners and customers. To manage the pipeline of applications and ensure business is completed quickly and efficiently.
Key Outputs
1. To provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Wealth Management team.
2. Reviewing pension information
3. Liaising with pension providers to obtain scheme information
4. Liaising with whole of market providers to obtain key updates and illustrations.
5. Providing clear and accurate information to customers.
6. Managing pipeline to ensure that customers are kept updated throughout their experience.
7. Updating Customer records following every interaction.
