We are seeking a talented educator to provide day-to-day supply cover in a range of dynamic secondary schools in Poole, teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a fantastic chance to gain varied experience without the additional responsibilities of planning and marking.
Role Overview:
As a supply Maths teacher, you will step into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment, providing support to students, and adapting to their needs across different schools and settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
* Manage classroom behavior and ensure students stay focused on their work.
* Support students in their learning and adapt to various school environments.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth transition during the cover period.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in a variety of school settings.
* A passion for Maths and the ability to inspire students to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
