In collaboration with the Therapy team, the Neuropsychologist will deliver psychological and neuropsychological assessments and interventions to adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. You will lead the multidisciplinary Inspire Neurocare team under the supervision of the Clinical Lead to provide high-quality neuropsychology services to residents.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Neuropsychologist or a Clinical Psychologist with strong neurological expertise capable of assessing, diagnosing, and treating residents with neurological injuries or disorders.

Job responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
* Conduct and develop complex neuropsychological assessments, evaluations, interventions, and rehabilitation programs for residents with brain, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and neurological conditions.
* Communicate sensitive and challenging information to residents, families, support workers, and friends, managing reactions safely.
* Provide expert neuropsychological advice and support to other professionals for diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Undertake risk assessments related to cognition and behavior, and develop management guidelines for the team.
* Supervise and support the Assistant Psychologist and Therapy team members providing psychological treatments.
Person Specification
Experience (Essential):
* Extensive experience in a clinical neuropsychology setting.
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs requiring regular review.
* Understanding of statutory social care duties.
* Experience with acquired or traumatic brain injuries and neurological disorders is preferred.
* Compassionate, with strong communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
Qualifications (Essential):
* A recognized degree in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related field.
