What youll do: Support new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth experience Build trusted relationships across customer teams (engineering, operations, procurement) Coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and resolve issues efficiently Provide data-driven insights to improve customer value Support sales with renewals and upsell opportunities Prepare reports and maintain regular stakeholder communication What you will need: Degree in Engineering or Business (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Confident with MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage ?
