As a TSA you will work in a team who work under pressure,in new environments daily. You will undertake duties in all areas of the businessairside & landside Operations and Dispatch. You will need an eye fordetails as you will be required to and supervise the inflight cateringscreening process.

Rolesand Responsibilities
* Carry out primary security checks of the airline equipment in inaccordance with both CAA and DfT regulations.
* Carry out vehicle security searches in accordance with both CAA and DfTregulations.
* Effectively fill requisitions and load airline food and cateringsupplies inside delivery trucks.
* Ensure drivers are provided with all catering components for each flighton time.
* Assist in the catering and de-catering of all aircraft as instructed byblock plans and allocator.
* Ensure aircraft are catered following correct galley plan for thataircraft.
* Ensure all catering and de-catering is completed on time and followingcurrent SLAs.
* Ensure all inbound catering and equipment is moved from the trucks intothe wash and pick & pack.
* Utilise effective communications to minimise delays and resolveproblems.
* Multitask and work under pressure.
* Lift and/or push approximately 50lbs.
* Pack carts/ Production trollies to the required standard and in inaccordance with passenger volumes.
* Ensure production and off Dock schedules are met.
* Support other departments and teams when and where required to maintainproduction/dispatch schedule.
* All products and equipment meet the required standard before leaving theunit.
* Stock is rotated to get maximum shelf life both in the Dispatch and inthe unit.
* Ensuring COSHH and HACCP, are always adhered to.
* Adhere to clean as you go standard.
* Adhere to COVID19 measures.
* Adhere to inflight services security compliance.
* Support other departments and teams when and where required to maintainproduction/dispatch schedule.
* Adhere to Unit safety measures in place.
* Adhere to inflight services security compliance.

Knowledgeand Skills
* Essential UK Driving license, with no points.
* Minimum 1 years' experience in catering (desirable).
* Proven experience of working with customers.
* The ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
* Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
* Operational awareness, understand of HACCP, COSHH, DDA, Food Hygiene,Health and Safety and DFT requirements. (Role specific).
