What you'll do:
* Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion for a range of clients.
* Prepare financial statements for both audit and non-audit clients.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, commercial advice.
* Support, coach, and mentor junior team members to help them develop.
* Conduct technical research and ensure audits are compliant with relevant standards.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to departmental initiatives.
* Represent the firm at networking and community events, strengthening client and professional relationships.
Who you are:
1. ACA or ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified.
2. Solid experience in audit within a practice environment, leading engagements confidently.
3. Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical matters clearly to clients.
4. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities across different client assignments.
5. Positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
