You will be responsible for the creation of all video content for use across multiple platforms, working to briefs supplied by channel owners. Reporting into our Campaigns Manager as part of our in-house Creative Studio, you’ll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Brand, Digital, Retail, People & Central teams to tell our brand stories & produce high quality video content. This is a fast paced role in encompassing a wide range of video content, often producing a high volume of 30 videos a week. It is perfectly suited to someone who loves video & is hungry to build their skillset as a videographer & content creator. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation & supply of each video, including: Planning & storyboarding the content, interpreting the brief with the channel owner. Sourcing required props & products and organising locations where needed. Preparing products for the shoot, including making drinks to high brand standards (training will be provided). Shooting the video, appearing in the content itself as required and/or organising team members to appear in the content. Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots in our stores, HQ, events, and external locations. Recording & overlaying voiceover where needed. Editing the video in programmes including Capcut Pro & liaising with key stakeholders to action any feedback. Supply of final video assets to an agreed deadline, organised in our company Drive following file housekeeping processes. Organise and maintain our video archive & raw footage library. Content types & responsibilities As our Videographer, you will be responsible for creation of video content for a number of different channels, applying your knowledge of the different requirements for each content type. Video content for Paid Advertising Create powerful video content for Paid Ads across platforms including Meta, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest & Reddit, amongst others, briefed by our Digital Marketing Manager. Content themes will include campaign videos, product showcase, drinks preparation & brand storytelling. Recording and/ or sourcing compelling voiceover & appearing in content as required. Editing multiple variations of video content to test best performing content & maintain high volume of content for advertising algorithms. Product & Campaign Organic Social content Create thumb-stopping short-form video content for Organic Social across platforms including Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest, amongst others, briefed by our Social Lead. Studio, outdoor & location-based videography for campaigns, using visual storytelling & creativity in line with wider campaign strategies, messaging & visual identities, briefed by our Social Lead. Showcasing hero products, product ranges & drinks preparations. Studio, outdoor & location-based content for core range hero products using visual storytelling & creativity to showcase product key messages & bring flavours to life. Showcasing hero products, product ranges & drinks preparations. Recording compelling voiceover & appearing in content as required, or working cross-departmentally to involve TEAm members in content. Editing multiple variations of video content to test best performing content & to maintain high volume of content for social algorithms Reactive Organic Social content Collaborating with Social Lead to create ad hoc content in line with trends & relevant moments, including street interviews, store-based content and studio content. Interest in social trends & culture and knowledge of trending edits is important, but you are not responsible for identifying opportunities & owning the planning of this content - this is owned by our Social Lead. Long-form content & brand content Creating captivating long-form video vlog content for platforms including YouTube, reviewing & editing video content captured at brand events, outings & activations to tell our stories. Occasionally attending brand events & activations to capture content. Creating regular content for our communiTEA, including a monthly video for our Tea Tasting Club subscription customers walking through the contents of their monthly box. Visiting our stores around the UK to capture content with our passionate Tea Mixologists & other TEAm members. Occasional additional brand content such as brand story, training videos & other videos for internal use. Technical knowledge & experience Expert knowledge of Capcut/Capcut Pro Proficient in Canva Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) Proficient in Content shot on a high spec iPhone & Osmo Pocket 3 Proficient in Google Drive & saving/file names Skills & experience Essential: Highly skilled in video creation & editing, passionate about telling our stories & bringing our products to life. Proven experience as a videographer/video content creator (showreel or portfolio required), skilled in camera operation as well as sound & lighting. Strong post-production skills including video editing, sound design, colour grading, motion graphics & awareness of copyright limitations. Highly organised & able to juggle multiple projects and manage your workflow to hit hard deadlines, keeping on top of the industry & latest tools to enhance your workflow. Able to work independently and as part of a team with multiple stakeholders. An excellent communicator, building relationships cross-functionally with digital, retail & central teams. Professional, outgoing & charismatic, able to appear in videos, including face to camera, hands preparing drinks & voiceovers. Willingness to travel for shoots (UK-based) & flexibility for occasional evening/weekend filming (e.g. events, seasonal campaigns). Passionate about the Bird & Blend brand, customers & product. Desirable: Experience with TikTok/Reels content creation Photography skills a bonus, to support our in-house Photographer as required Understanding of marketing funnels and social content performance metrics Experience working in a retail or FMCG brand environment Existing knowledge of our products & ability to create high quality drinks (such as latte art, cocktails & ombre drinks) would be a plus but is not essential - you just need to be excited to learn Are there any perks?
