We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate part-time Care Assistant in Benfleet. You will be joining our nurse-led care team to provide care to an infant male with a brain injury. Specific needs of this client include: Vent (night times) Deep suctioning Dystonia Seizure Management NG and NJ feeding tube Shifts available: Part-time role 9am-3pm, Mondays and Tuesdays. Other work may be available locally if you wish to increase these hours. We provide a comprehensive nurse-led training and induction programme, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently. We believe that home care is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Care Worker you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment. Previous caring experience is an advantage, but not essential.
