Are you an organised and confident communicator with strong customer service skills? Our client in Shirley is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling enquiries by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner. You’ll play a key role in supporting the order process and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer emails
 2. Handling queries relating to orders and providing timely updates
 3. Liaising with stakeholders and customers to resolve issues efficiently
 4. Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear communication records
 5. Supporting general administration within the customer service team
About You:
 6. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
 7. Confident speaking with customers and stakeholders at all levels
 8. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
 9. Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
