About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team in Newbury. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education for children in their early years.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Support children’s development across all areas, including social, emotional, and cognitive growth
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
* Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
* Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to train)
