Ashton Recruitment require an Operations Administrator for our client based in Belfast Position: Operations Administrator Location: Eglinton, Derry/Londonderry Duration: Permanent Pay Rate: £25000 - £28000 Hours of work: Monday - Friday Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking organisation operating within the energy efficiency and home improvement sector. Duties will include: Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office and wider business operations. Act as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing professional and timely support to customers, contractors, and internal teams. Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems to monitor progress across projects and operational activities. Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required for management, audits, or compliance purposes. Support the delivery and coordination of ongoing projects by liaising with stakeholders, scheduling appointments, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Team and Office Manager, assisting with scheduling, record keeping, and general office management duties. Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems, promoting efficiency and a high standard of service throughout the business. Essential Criteria: Excellent general administration skills Thorough knowledge of MS Office to include excel word and outlook, good understanding of share Point, experience of using bespoke data bases Good communication skills when dealing with customers You will have contact with various stakeholders, from customers, Installers, colleagues from other departments and you will be the key point of contact for all Due to the nature of the business, there will be conflicting priorities and the ability to organise will be key to this role Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Business.
