Overview
Store Assistant in Kendal — 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What you'll do
* Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
* Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
* Provide outstanding service and offer a great experience to customers during busy times.
* Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and help them get the job done right.
* Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
