Paramount Personnel is seeking a talented and enthusiastic chef de partie, to join its client, a prestigious restaurant within the Castle Cary, Somerset area.
Well known for its use of locally sourced, and self sourced ingredients, the successful chef de partie will be a passionate chef, and someone who enjoys working with fresh and local ingredients. An establishment with an incredible reputation, you will have a natural ability to create exceptional dishes using fresh and local ingredients, with an ambitious approach for career progression.
The successful Chef de Partie responsibilities will include;
7. Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurants processes.
8. Maintain a clean and organised work station.
9. Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chef.
10. Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations.
