Overview
Specsavers are looking for a Domiciliary Administrator in Cobham. You’ll be a key part of our administration and clinic scheduling, ensuring the most effective and efficient processes while always putting the customer first. You’ll update customer files with attention to detail, and you’ll need excellent communication skills as the clinical team carries out clinics across the region. The domiciliary aspect means you’ll be supported by a team bringing care to people’s homes.
Essentially, you’ll be making a real difference here.
Responsibilities
* Manage administration and clinic scheduling to ensure efficiency.
* Update customer files with accuracy and maintain records.
* Liaise with external parties and communicate confidently.
* Support the domiciliary team delivering home-based care.
What we’re looking for
* Previous administration, appointment setting or scheduling experience.
* Call centre, office experience and customer service skills are desirable.
What’s on offer
* £25,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
* Monday to Friday working week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
