Transformation Office Analyst

9 month Fixed Term Contract

Angel Court, London - up to 3 days WFH

From £46k DOE + bonus + fantastic benefits

Full time: 35 hours per week

The Transformation Office Analyst will join the Group Transformation Office team on a fixed-term contract role (9 months); the role is designed to support the acceleration and delivery of Bupa's strategic transformation journey, with a particular focus on KPI governance and reporting.

The Transformation Office Analyst will work with colleagues across our Market Units and help develop and maintain robust governance processes and documentation for Strategic KPIs, support Strategic KPIs reporting and analysis, and contribute to the effective administration of project management activities.

How you'll help us make health happen

Strategic KPI Governance

* Support the preparation and delivery of governance workstream for Strategic KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
* Create and maintain governance documentation, including KPI definitions, reporting process documentation, RACIs, attestations, and key issues and judgments.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of KPI governance frameworks and development/refinement of appropriate controls.
* Liaise with finance, audit, risk and other teams to align on governance workplan and timelines.
* Support production of materials for formal governance meetings (e.g. sub-committees etc).

KPI Reporting

* Support quarterly reporting of Strategic KPIs and associated commentary & trend analysis.
* Develop and maintain robust spreadsheets and reporting templates for Strategic KPIs.
* Maintain a log of signed attestation and key issues and judgment forms.

PMO Support & BAU Activities

* Structure and maintain project governance documents, including risk logs, decision records, minutes of key meetings, and project archives.
* Maintain work planners, timetables, team filing structures, tools, and templates.
* Develop agendas and materials for regular and ad-hoc meetings, calls, or workshops.
* Help organise team meetings, catch-ups, and events.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building

* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure robust governance and reporting of Strategic KPIs.
* Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to promote the Transformation Office

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

* Experience working in fast-paced transformation, finance, or strategy planning teams, with a focus on Strategic KPI governance, data analysis and KPI reporting
* Knowledge of health insurance and the healthcare industry is desirable; passion for healthcare and data-driven transformation is essential.
* University degree required and additional, relevant qualifications in finance, data analysis, and/or project management preferable.
* Data analysis: Proven strength in using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI) to a high level of proficiency; strong Excel-based modelling skills required.
* Governance & Reporting: Ability to design and manage KPI reporting processes with appropriate documentation, controls, governance, and attention to detail.
* Problem solving & analysis: Strong research and analysis skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
* Project management & organisation: Good working understanding of project management tools, file organisation, version control, and data management.
* Communication: Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Cross-cultural: High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to tailor insights to different environments.
* Self-management & resourcefulness: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver under time pressure.
