A leading global real estate consultancy based in London is seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with strong residential experience to work on high-profile schemes across the capital. The successful construction Project Manager will benefit from exposure to a diverse portfolio, with a preference for those who can also demonstrate commercial project experience.
As a Project Manager, you will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking environment known for delivering best-in-class property solutions. The appointed construcution Project Manager will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing residential-led developments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risk, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering residential (and some commercial) projects from feasibility to completion
* Managing project programmes, costs, and quality standards
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
* Identifying and mitigating project risks
* Preparing reports and presenting to stakeholders
The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will have a proven track record within a consultancy or client-side environment, with a strong focus on residential projects.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar)
* Ideally MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership
* Demonstrable residential project experience (essential)
* Commercial project exposure (preferred)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
