Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of care staff, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to provide excellent care to our residents
Ensure that the care home is compliant with all CQC regulations and standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Create and implement care plans for each resident, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met
Oversee the financial management of the care home, including budgeting and cost control
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and procedures
Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided at the care home
Act as a role model for staff, promoting a positive and caring environment for our residents
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Excellent leadership and management skills
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or nursing qualification
Passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Flexibility to work on-call as required
