We are expanding our successful team at Amoria Group and are looking to speak with ambitious individuals! This role is to work on the US market within our Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy Team, the working hours for this role are 12:00PM - 9:00PM.

Salary & OTE
Base salary: £26,100 per year
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
* Year 1: £35k–£40k
* Year 2: £60k+
* Year 3: £100k+

What will I be doing?
* Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
* Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
* Building and maintaining relationships
* Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
* Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
* Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, across the USA.

What do I need?
* No previous recruitment experience is required
* Bachelors Degree preferred
* Sales experience preferred
* Confident, outgoing personality
* Clear personal & professional goals
* Strong written & spoken communication
