Role Overview
Oscar Enterprise has partnered with a fast-growing SaaS provider operating within the agriculture sector. Together, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and accelerate revenue growth across the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a passion for technology and agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing, along with exceptional relationship management skills. A proven track record of selling software or tech solutions into the agriculture market is essential.

Responsibilities
* Win and grow client accounts ensuring strong client relationships are built
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of high performing sales individuals
* Ensure personal and team KPI’S are hit
* Continuously enhance a comprehensive sales strategy
* Work with internal teams to ensure pipeline quality
* Stay informed on latest developments and market trends
