What You’ll Do
* Develop Fundraising Strategies – Design and execute investment strategies to secure funding for our R&D and market expansion.
* Engage Investors – Identify and build strong relationships with potential investors, leading meetings and roadshows.
* Negotiate Terms – Secure high-value investment agreements that maximize company benefits and long-term sustainability.
* Maintain Investor Relations – Provide regular business and financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring strong investor confidence.
* Monitor Market Trends – Continuously analyze the AI and deep-tech investment landscape to adapt fundraising strategies.
* Ensure Compliance – Ensure all fundraising activities align with UK regulations and financial laws.
Who You Are
* Educational Background – Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
* Experience – At least 7 years in fundraising with a successful track record.
* Industry Knowledge – Deep understanding of venture capital, capital markets, and AI startup financing.
* Skills – Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
* Legal Eligibility – Must be authorized to work in the UK.
