Paid Media Manager – Social & Display |London – Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Benefits
About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager – Social & Display to join our Performance Marketing team in London, driving growth across Moonpig and Greetz.
This role focuses on Paid Social and Programmatic Display channels — including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and DV360 — turning media investment into measurable growth in traffic, awareness and consideration. (This role does not focus on PPC/Search.)
Reporting into the Performance Marketing Channels Lead, you'll lead both strategy and execution. You'll shape growth roadmaps, build robust test-and-learn frameworks, and ensure campaigns are delivered with accuracy, impact and strong financial governance.
You'll also line manage two executives, raising activation standards and building a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
If you're commercially sharp, highly analytical and motivated by turning data into growth, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic execution and optimisation of Paid Social and Programmatic Display channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DV360 desirable)
* Partner with the Performance Marketing Channels Lead on monthly and annual planning, growth roadmaps and structured test-and-learn frameworks
* Ensure best-in-class campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategy and creative alignment
* Manage media and creative budgets with strong financial governance and accuracy
* Own the end-to-end finance process, including creating and receipting POs
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve traffic, awareness and consideration targets
* Monitor and report on performance daily, weekly and monthly, delivering clear, actionable insights
* Create and present data-driven updates and recommendations to senior leadership
* Act as the primary point of contact for media partners, leading audits and growth frameworks
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align channel activity with brand goals
* Line manage and develop two executives, providing feedback, support and stretch opportunities
* Track and manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget
* Maintain high activation standards with zero downtime or campaign errors
About You
* 5+ years' hands-on experience managing Paid Social and Display campaigns, with strong expertise across Meta, TikTok and YouTube (DV360 desirable)
* A proven track record of driving revenue and/or customer acquisition through optimisation
* Experience managing and developing executives, with a focus on performance and growth
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with performance data
* Highly analytical and comfortable translating data into clear actions and commercial insight
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and activation excellence
* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to change
* Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, Asana or DV360 is advantageous
* Proficiency in Dutch is a bonus — but not essential
