We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Part-time Administrator to join our amazing team here at Milewood.

Location: 130 Welbeck Street, Whitwell, Worksop, S80 4TP

Pay: £12.35 per hour

Working shift patterns 24-30 hours

The role:

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

· Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.

· Manage incoming communications (emails, calls, post) and respond or redirect as appropriate.

· Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.

· Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

HR Documentation & Support:

· Assist with onboarding documentation, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and induction packs.

· Support absence management, annual leave tracking, and timesheet collation.

· Assist with recruitment administration, including job adverts and reference checks.

Staff Coordination:

· Assist with staff rotas and shift planning.

Compliance & Health and Safety:

· Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and external regulations.

Criteria and Qualifications

Essential

· Proven experience in an administrative role.

· Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, HR databases).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
