As Headteacher, you will be the driving force behind the school’s continued success and future development.

2. Lead and inspire a committed staff team to deliver exceptional outcomes
3. Champion high-quality, inclusive SEND provision for pupils with complex needs
4. Ensure safeguarding, well-being, and dignity are at the forefront of all decisions
5. Build strong partnerships with families, the Local Authority and external agencies
6. Drive continuous improvement through strategic leadership and effective use of data
