Job Summary:
We wish to appoint a Reflection Manager working within a supportive and positive pastoral team, under the supervision of the Senior Vice Principal, to co-ordinate and supervise the Reflection Room, managing the learning of the pupils in the room.
You will ensure that pupils are supported to the best that they can be.
The Reflection Manager will address matters that arise skilfully and promptly dealing with behaviour, attitude, standards and engagement.
The successful candidate will engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships with the community and maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support.
The Reflection Manager will model good pupil conduct, dress code and professionalism. They will be supportive of the academy culture and instrumental in removing barriers to enable pupils to meet the demands of the classroom.

Salary Range: Grade 5 – 6 (Pt 9 - 11) – starting point dependent upon experience and qualifications
FTE salary range: £31,910 - £33,442 pa
Actual salary range (for term time + 1 week): £27,057 - £29,416 pa
Start Date: As soon as possible

Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby is a vibrant, 11-18 mixed school which opened in September 2008 and moved into a brand-new state of the art building in the summer of 2012 with a superb leisure complex adjacent to the school building. We are a member of the Haberdashers’ West Midlands Academies Trust; a thriving partnership with Haberdashers’ Adams school (11-18) and Haberdashers’ Castle House school (0-11) both located in Newport, Shropshire.
