Overview
This vibrant local Company are currently seeking an efficient Management Secretary with excellent organisational skills to join their expanding team and provide support for busy Director and the management team.
Responsibilities
Some of your duties will include:
* Providing extensive secretarial support for the busy Director and the management team
* Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, emails, contracts and reports
* Managing busy diary schedules, co-ordinating internal and external meetings and sending out reminders
* Managing travel requirements, booking accommodation and transportation and preparing detailed itineraries
* Fielding incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries and taking messages when needed
* Managing client files and maintaining computerised databases ensuring information held is accurate and up to date
