Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a qualified Health Visitor, working autonomously within the Integrated Early Years Service (Health Visiting & Family Support), managing a caseload of children and families to improve their health and development.
You will collaborate with other agencies to provide high-quality care, including child protection work involving assessments, referrals, and participation in case conferences and core group meetings.
You will support public health initiatives aligned with local and national priorities to promote, protect, and improve health, reducing inequalities.

* Recognizing and responding to safeguarding concerns for adults and children.
* Escalating safety concerns and advocating for service users.
* Maintaining transparency in practice.
* Supervising others' work.
* Reflecting on practice for safety and quality improvements.
* Working towards continuous improvement.
* Maintaining mandatory training compliance.
