A North of England family office — with interests across manufacturing, real estate and private equity — is hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO.
This is a hands-on, full-spectrum role sitting at the heart of the group. You'll keep the operational engine running smoothly across diaries, properties, projects and group administration. It's a role for someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and gets things done without being chased.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage the diaries, travel and logistics for the CEO and CFO.
* Coordinate a property portfolio of commercial assets — liaising with agents, contractors, tenants and solicitors.
* Project manage ongoing refurbishments, acquisitions and property works.
* Support the CFO across expenses, board packs and investor documentation.
* Own the logistics of board and shareholder meetings.
* Run office management and act as the group's first point of contact on operational and administrative matters.
WHO YOU ARE
* Highly organised, with a track record in a fast-paced or complex environment.
* Confident managing up and comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Discreet and dependable, with a genuine understanding of what confidentiality means in a family business.
* A grounded and excellent communicator across every medium and level.
* Experience in property, construction or project coordination is a real plus.

Starting salary £40,000 - £55,000, and part of a generous benefits package.
