Location: Flexible, ideally based Midlands or South/South East (Home based with travel)

Are you an experienced Account Managerwith a strong background infield sales, gained either agency-side or brand-side?
As BAT Account Manager, you will manage the planning, set up, briefing, execution and reporting for the BAT team. Client facing you will be the primary contact for operational activities for both McCurrach, BAT and 3rd party service providers.
Reporting into our BAT Account Controller, as Account Manager you will operate at asenior level, and play a pivotal role in shaping client success and team performance. We are keen to consider applicants who have operated in a similar role either within a field sales marketing agency setting or have operated client side (brand) with exposure to and strong understanding of field sales. FMCG field sales agency experience is highly desirable.
We’re looking for someone who can:
1. Manage multiple stakeholder relationshipsat a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
2. Has strong communication abilities - you are the conduit between the client and the field!
3. Demonstrate strongcommercial acumen and is highly organised
4. Proven reporting, data and insights expertise within a previous role
5. Detail orientated with ability to remain level headed and work well under pressure
6. Ability to both create and confidently deliver strong presentation decks for a variety of stakeholders at different levels

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a main point of contact day-to-day overseeing planning, performance, and reporting supported by the Account Controller. Using insight from the field, you’ll propose new initiatives, unlock additional business opportunities, improve operations, and support business growth. Your ability toadapt, influence, and constructively challengewill ensure successful delivery while keeping both client and team engaged.
A large part of your role involvesdata analysis and storytelling, so strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
