Location & Working Hours
Location: Across Halifax & Surrounding Areas. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage is paid at 43p per mile.
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend hours.
Hours: Part‑time. Rota basis includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with shifts anytime between 7 am to 10 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Support individual homeowners with personal care, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
* Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments, enhancing their overall wellbeing and social connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time‑management ability.
* Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes early mornings, late evenings and alternate weekends.
