Position: Regional Manager
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum (Depending on experience) + Company commissions!

Responsibilities as a Regional Manager:
* Collaborate with & manage Home Managers across a portfolio of care homes
* Maintain and promote the highest standards of care and compliance
* Oversee the smooth and efficient running of operations
* Ensure adherence to CQC regulations and best practices
* Support team development, engagement, and retention
Requirements as a Regional Manager:
* Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a senior management role within a nursing or residential care setting
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) OR a valid NMC pin
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness and ability to travel across sites
