Permanent, 35 hours per week.
Salary: Full‑time starting £23,581.58 per year (£12.96 per hour).
Scope’s Leamington Spa shop – 90 Warwick Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 4QG.
About You
Passionate about retail and fashion, with experience running a shop or aspiring to a management role. A commercial mindset and a customer‑first attitude are essential.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

* Be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic.
* Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
* Run the shop autonomously, using creativity and flair.
* Generate and process stock and design eye‑catching window displays.
* Recruit, train and motivate volunteers.

Shop Hours
Scope Charity Shops are open every day. Full‑time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Part‑time vacancies follow a seven‑day rota.
