Your new role
This position plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely and insightful management information to senior stakeholders. Working closely with budget holders, HR, and the wider finance function, the role involves:
1. Preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting
2. Monitoring ie, expenditure and capital spend
3. Supporting payroll reconciliations and establishment management
4. Promoting financial accountability and a performance-focused culture
What you'll need to succeed
5. Experience of budgeting and forecasting within an accounting function
6. Experience of analysingplex data and presenting to non-finance staff
7. Experience of report writing and ability to enhance current reports
8. Detailed knowledge of finance and accounting regulations
9. Detailed knowledge of finance, particularly management accounting systems and processes
