We’re partnering with a rapidly growing business — to recruit a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for a 6–12 month contract. This is an exciting time to join as they continue to scale operations and invest in their finance team. You’ll be based in their South Lanarkshire office full-time, working alongside a passionate and driven team, where no two days are the same. About the Role You’ll play a vital role in supporting the AP function following recent internal growth and system changes. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end invoice processing Supplier payment runs Statement and bank reconciliations Managing the accounts inbox Supporting wider finance team activities as needed You’ll be working with their newly implemented ERP system, but experience with any ERP is welcome. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 1 year’s experience in Accounts Payable Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace ERP system experience preferred A proactive mindset and strong communication skills Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving team What’s in It for You?
